GENERAL
Please remember, as guests in a foreign land we cannot expect attitudes and habits of a lifetime to change in order to suit us, the pace of life is slower, people have different attitudes and priorities, public service facilities can be less reliable than what we have come to accept as the norm in the United Kingdom, food and mealtimes differ from what one would consider as the norm back home. Insects thrive in warmer countries and do not necessarily mean dirtiness, when highlighted to the required authority they can be easily eradicated.
Disruption of water and electricity supplies is not uncommon, in some areas, and as much is made of solar panels for heating, lack of sunshine or heavy usage of water can result in water not being as hot as one would expect in the United Kingdom.
Comfort Abroad Limited act as reservation agent for the properties, or management of accommodation suppliers.
Comfort Abroad is not a Tour Operator and does not provide prepaid packages within the meaning of The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations Act 1992. This following contract becomes legally binding between Comfort Abroad Limited and the relevant Tour Operator / Travel Agency.
